- Fixed-Date Services: Services scheduled for a specific date or time must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
2. Non-Cancellable Services
Some services are non-cancellable once purchased due to the nature of work or resource allocation. This includes:
- Custom Orders: Custom or highly tailored services, once agreed upon and initiated, cannot be cancelled.
- Third-Party Services: Any services involving third-party providers may be non-cancellable or subject to separate cancellation terms defined by the third party.
3. Cancellation Fees
Depending on the stage of the service, a cancellation fee may apply as follows:
- Before Service Commencement: No cancellation fee.
- After Partial Completion: A fee based on the percentage of work completed will be charged.
- Fixed-Date Services: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur up to a 50% cancellation fee.
4. International Cancellations
For international customers, the following terms apply:
- Any additional transaction fees incurred during the refund or cancellation process for international payments may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Wesla is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges imposed by your financial institution during the cancellation and refund process.
